Tiko Pizza social media marketing – Elevating Local Visibility Through Flavor-Driven Content | PrimePeak
How social media helped Tiko Pizza attract loyal customers, boost engagement, and drive real in-store sales
The Tiko Pizza social media marketing project was designed to transform a neighborhood pizza shop into a recognizable, crave-inducing digital brand within Vancouver’s competitive food scene. Although Tiko Pizza had a strong product and loyal local base, their social media presence lacked the visual consistency, storytelling, and promotional strategy needed to stand out. PrimePeak stepped in to build a data-backed content system that showcased the brand’s personality, boosted organic reach, and converted social viewers into real paying customers.
We created a monthly content calendar that balanced delicious product shots, behind-the-scenes kitchen moments, chef highlights, customer favorites, and authentic storytelling about daily operations at Tiko Pizza. This allowed the brand to show more than just pizza—it showcased the people, care, and craft behind every dish. The structured content mix helped the page feel active, relatable, and rooted in community.
To bring visual consistency, PrimePeak developed a brand identity kit for social media, including a color palette, typography styling, and branded post and reel templates. This ensured that everything—from Stories to Reels to static posts—felt cohesive and instantly recognizable.
A major driver of engagement in the Tiko Pizza social media marketing strategy was high-quality creative production. PrimePeak produced mouth-watering pizza shots, cheese pull videos, oven-fire sequences, team moments, and short Reels that showcased the sensory appeal of Tiko’s menu. These visuals were engineered for maximum watch time and shareability.
PrimePeak also handled community engagement, responding quickly to DMs, answering questions about menu items, managing customer feedback, and building rapport with local followers. Promotional tools such as story polls (“Which slice today?”), countdowns for special offers, coupon code tracking, and link-in-bio analytics helped convert engagement into orders.
Paid boosts were used selectively to amplify visibility during key promotions like “2-for-1 Tuesdays,” new pizza launches, and seasonal specials. This combination of organic content, strategic boosts, and community nurturing created a strong, consistent pipeline of social-driven orders.
Monthly performance reports provided insights on engagement growth, reach, follower trends, and the correlation between content types and real sales outcomes.
