How social media helped Vivid EduCenter build visibility, credibility, and steady enrolment growth

The Vivid EduCenter social media marketing project focused on transforming the centre’s online presence into a trusted educational hub for parents and students in Vancouver. Vivid offers a wide range of programs—from UCMAS and math to science, art, and music—making the centre a diverse learning environment. However, their social media did not fully reflect the quality, warmth, or educational depth of their programs. PrimePeak’s role was to build a structured, engaging, and professional digital presence that positioned Vivid as a go-to learning centre for families.

PrimePeak developed a complete content ecosystem including a monthly content calendar, academic-friendly visual templates, high-quality media production, and community engagement workflows. The goal was to build an emotional and intellectual connection with parents while highlighting the centre’s strengths: hands-on learning, experienced teachers, structured curriculum, and student achievements.

The content calendar balanced class highlights, student spotlights, behind-the-scenes activities, success stories, learning tips, program explanations, and glimpses into UCMAS practice. This variety gave parents a realistic view of the learning environment while reinforcing the credibility of Vivid’s academic programs.

To enhance consistency and professionalism, PrimePeak created a branded visual system tailored to an academic audience—friendly, warm, and trustworthy. Reels and short video clips showcased real classroom interactions, teacher guidance, student participation, and reactions that viewers could emotionally connect with. These videos humanized the learning process and helped parents feel confident in Vivid’s teaching approach.

Community management played a major role in strengthening trust. PrimePeak handled DMs, answered curriculum questions, provided details about programs, and addressed parent concerns. Clear CTAs such as “Book a trial class,” “Sign up now,” and “Contact us” guided parents into enrolment pathways. UTM tracking ensured every inquiry could be connected back to specific content types or campaigns.

Monthly analytics provided insight into audience growth, engagement, and how content correlated with trial bookings and enrolment inquiries. Over time, the Vivid EduCenter social media marketing strategy created a more informed, engaged, and trusting parent community
