VancouverTime social media strategy Building a Strong Local Media Identity | PrimePeak
How VancouverTimee’s social media presence evolved into a trusted lifestyle and city-guide brand
VancouverTime social media
The VancouverTimee social media marketing project centered on transforming a lifestyle page into a recognizable local media presence for Vancouver. VancouverTimee covers everything from food, events, city life, and hidden gems to lifestyle moments that define the everyday experience of Vancouverites. PrimePeak’s mission was to take this creative vision and build a structured identity, consistent content engine, and engagement-driven strategy that would position the page as a trusted, go-to source for locals and newcomers.
To accomplish this, PrimePeak developed a full ecosystem that combined editorial-style content planning, branded aesthetics, high-quality content production, and community-driven interactions. The goal was simple yet strategic: grow an engaged audience, keep them coming back daily, and shape the page into a valuable advertising platform for local businesses.
The content strategy included a balanced mix of city guides, hidden spots, trending events, local restaurant tours, lifestyle reels, and interviews. Each category was intentionally selected to resonate with Vancouver’s diverse audience—residents, new arrivals, international students, and tourists. The VancouverTimee social media marketing framework ensured weekly variety while maintaining a consistent tone and recognizable brand identity.
Visual branding was a critical part of the transformation. PrimePeak created a polished aesthetic that conveyed vibrancy, community spirit, and modern city life. Templates for stories, Reels, and carousel posts ensured consistency, while the photography and videography aligned with the fresh, energetic atmosphere of Vancouver.
PrimePeak also handled community management—responding to comments, engaging with locals, participating in local conversations, and using polls and interactive content to increase loyalty. A media kit and ad package were developed to position VancouverTimee as an attractive advertising channel. This included audience demographics, reach statistics, sponsored post formats, pricing tiers, and case-study-style performance breakdowns for advertisers.
Sponsored content workflows further professionalized the platform. Each partner campaign followed a structured process: brief, creative preparation, approval, posting, and reporting. This delivered clear value to advertisers while maintaining the page’s authentic tone.
By implementing these systems, VancouverTimee evolved into a recognizable local content hub, paving the way for long-term audience scaling and monetization
